Emerson International Real Estate Services was founded by Steve Terry, providing professional management services, real estate feasibility and research services.

Emerson International was sold to Sovereign National Management Company.

International Development Group and was formed, successfully developing properties in Utah and Nevada.

Sovereign National Management Company sold its interests to Pinnacle Realty and Management.

Horizon Investment and Management Corporation was created to manage the sites developed by IDG.

Horizon was transformed into Cornerstone Residential, reflecting more modern management and full-spectrum services.

A new era of company leadership emerges.

By the end of 2021, Cornerstone Residential achieved 120% growth under new leadership.
